Wil Renderos

Wil is the founder and Creative Director at Audio Chemists and brings 20 years of experience and expertise in video production, project management, health equity, and community engagement. His work focuses on supporting organizations with crafting interactive video and audio products that support and strengthen communications, expand the awareness of public health issues and best practices, and build bridges with target audiences. Wil has worked on the development of videos, podcasts, motion graphics animations, and interactive media products for several clients including, but not limited to the Dept. of Health & Human Services (subcontractor), Cambridge Health Alliance, Cambridge Public Health Department, Boston Public Health Commission, JSI R&T, Mass General Brigham, National Institute for Drug Abuse, and Nonprofit Quarterly. 

In prior years, Wil has also served as a program manager for the Shannon CSI-funded Tri-City Anti-Gang Partnership, focused on implementing intervention strategies aimed at reducing youth gangs and violence in the cities of Fitchburg, Leominster, and Gardner, Massachusetts. Wil has worked at community-based organizations throughout Massachusetts, including: Roca, Inc., The City School, Suffolk University Center for Restorative Justice, Massachusetts Alliance on Teen Pregnancy, and Centro Presente where he led outreach efforts, designed trainings on health and wellness, implemented youth engagement and evidence-based programming, and oversaw program evaluations. Additionally, he also worked at JSI R&T on federally-funded projects such as HIV.gov and Healthy Start EPIC TA Center, which aimed to provide resources to underserved and vulnerable populations, and expand TA and training to grantee organizations by employing digital media strategies.


Jeff Bousquet

Jeff is an Audio Engineer and Post-Production Editor at Audio Chemists. A graduate of Emerson College in 2011, Jeff has over a decade of experience working on numerous live, recorded, and broadcast productions for various local organizations including the Institute of Contemporary Art Boston, The Rockwell Theater, and the Mosesian Center for the Arts. He has worked on both educational and creative content for the ICA, The New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner’s Association, and The Lunder-Dineen Health Alliance of Maine. Since working with Audio Chemists, Jeff has served as both a location sound recordist and post-production editor on podcast and short-form video content for various clients, including the Boston Public Health Commission’s Someone You Know & Love documentary, and the National Institute on Drug Abuse’s At The Intersection video series. Jeff is passionate about designing and creating dynamic and engaging media and contributing to impactful projects in the arts, healthcare, and education.


Kamaryn Pendleton

Kamaryn is a video editor. She supports all aspects of the post-production process, and assists with managing client projects to ensure deliverables meet the project timelines. Kamaryn is drawn to creative and thoughtful media. She has a background in analog film, from shooting to developing to scanning. During her time at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, she explored various mediums such as collage, fibers, graphic design, photography, and writing. Kamaryn enjoys bringing a precise eye and focus to her editing work.


Maggie Marotta

Maggie specializes in 2D motion graphics animation and leads all animation projects. Her talents have allowed us to create engaging animated videos that have elevated our public health messaging. Maggie is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Art & Design and received a BFA in Animation. She has half a decade of experience working at studio around Boston including T-Stop Pictures, GBH, and SmallBü Studios.

She in now lead animator at Audio Chemists, At the helm of our animation department, she steers the team towards excellence, seamlessly integrating her technical expertise and artistic vision into our multimedia productions. Maggie's notable achievements include serving as the Lead Animator for the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) project, overseeing the production of the video series "At the Intersection: Stories of Research, Compassion, and HIV Services for People Who Use Drugs." Her contributions extend to various HIV projects in collaboration with BPHC, reflecting her dedication to mastering the craft and staying at the forefront of creative and technical advancements in the field. She also directed and led the animation of “Addressing Weight Stigma and Bias in Sexual and Reproductive Health Care” for the RHNTC, which was featured in the 2023 Public Health Education and Health Promotion Materials Contest hosted by the American Public Health Association (APHA).
